Coming into August, Splitgate began exceeding 50,000 synchronal players happening Steam, with 100,000 concurrents crossways complete platforms. Unfortunately, the teeny-weeny studio's servers haven't quite a unbroken up, with players reportedly ready upward of 90 minutes to acquire into a equate.

Taking to TikTok, server technologist Olly Freeman likened the situation to opening a lowercase restaurant—and explained that the team can't simply "buy out more than tables" if thither's nonentity to hire the waiters and chefs to feed those extra mouths.

In the meantime, 1047 has set up a new Splitgate Status Twitter account to provide periodical updates happening the plot's server situation, while the halting's official Discord waiter should provide live entropy on how long you keister expect to get into a game.
